It is a multi-functional supplement suitable for taking at any time of the day depending on your daily protein needs, either pre-workout or post-workout. Given that it also contains casein, it can be taken before going to bed. It consists of Premium Whey hydrolyzate, Premium Whey isolate, Premium WPC 85 concentrate and micellar casein.

Using:

Mix one scoop (32 g) with 150 ml of water or milk and drink after training. Professional athletes are recommended to mix 1.5 scoops (48 g) with 200 ml of water or milk.
