Micellar Casein is a premium high-quality slow-release protein obtained from milk. Using a low temperature filtration process ensures that all ingredients retain their nutritional quality and functionality compared to casein acids or caseinates.

Micellar Casein is absorbed slowly in the stomach ensuring the deposition of the necessary amino acid in the muscles for longer periods. This is exactly what makes Micellar Casein an ideal protein supplement to consume before meals or before bed. During sleep, the body is naturally starved of nutrients, and in view of this, it is impractical to take food during this period. Nevertheless, Micellar Casein provides a supply of protein and thus helps the body not to lose muscle tissue during the night.

Micellar Casein has an exceptional amino acid profile and is particularly rich in branched chain amino acids. It is also extremely low in fat and is a rich source of calcium.

Using:

Add 200-300ml of water or milk to the shaker (the less liquid the shake will be thicker), then add 30g of protein, mix and consume. Consume just before bedtime for optimal results, but can also be taken between meals, 2-3 times a day or as needed.

Please note that this nutritional information is for the unflavored version. When you choose the flavored version, the protein content is reduced by approximately 3% for most flavors, but with chocolate, given the added cocoa, this percentage is reduced by approximately 8%.
