One-handed dumbbell 20kg – adjustable dumbbell

The LiveUp One-Handed Barbell 20kg is an adjustable dumbbell made of a chrome-plated steel rod with two threaded fuses and cast iron weights (discs) with a powder coating of paint.

It is ideal for performing a multifunctional workout that activates target muscle groups, especially the muscles of the arms and upper body. With only a few types of exercises, which we can easily learn to perform via the web, we can activate the muscles of the whole body, i.e. do a complete fullbody workout. This single-handed barbell can be adjusted to the following weights: 2kg / 5kg / 7kg / 10kg / 12kg / 15kg / 17kg / 20 kg.

The LiveUp 15kg single-lever barbell is made of stainless steel. The sliced and roughened surface (knurled) for the grip of the rod ensures a secure and comfortable grip of the rod and holds the grip securely. Such a finish gives a natural feel and prevents the weights from slipping. The 15kg single-handed dumbbell has two threaded fuses included in the set that allow stable distribution and securing of the load on the bar during exercise.
